A Collection of thirteen porcelain Cats 4 pairs of salt and pepper shakers to be as accurate as possible one set of salt and pepper shakers is actually a dog and a cat so technically there’s 12 cats and a dog here :) All the porcelain cats are in good condition the tallest set of black cats are salt and pepper shakers and measure 12.5 inches in height or 32 cm. The red cats are also salt and pepper shaker 10 inches / 26cm tall. The orange pair of cats also salt and pepper shakers are 9 inches / 22 cm tall. Condition of all is good with all the necessary stops in the bases for the salt and pepper shakers. The three black cats to the top right of the picture are ornaments or statues in excellent condition. There’s also a really tiny little cat ornament at the front plus one other orange cat which is just one of which used to be a pair. A mixture of vintage and collectable items all can better be described by simply viewing the photos. A great lot here for the cat lover or cat collector.

How much is Gold worth Today - KING GEORGE V LARGE HEAD Year 1917 Year 1918 Year 1918 GOLD SOVEREIGNS

About Old Sovereigns - The fine gold content of a sovereign is 0.2354 troy ounces. In 1957, the Bank of England started once again to issue gold sovereigns. To distinguish between the previous issues, which would in many cases seen circulation, and the new, mint condition coins, all the earlier sovereigns were termed by dealers as "old" sovereigns, as distinct from "new" sovereigns.

Information about Gold Bullion Sovereigns
The great advantage of sovereigns is that they are an attractive and much loved coin with a rich tradition and history. Single coins command premium prices for use in jewellery or as gifts for special occasions such as christenings, golden weddings, coming of age, and even just as an attractive jewellery item in its own right. The only disadvantage of the sovereign as a bullion coin, is that the new breed of bullion coins, from the Kruger rand which was introduced in 1968, onwards, are easier to calculate their gold content because they all contain one troy ounce or a simple fraction of an ounce.
