An antique ornate Louis XV style double inkwell & what it’s worth
Cast brass with mirror images with cherub and scrolll worked base, repousse women mask and flower tops to the hinged inkwells. and pierced scroll handles. Signed with an ‘AR’ to the base. Purchased in France, however I don’t know if it is French in origin as I’ve been unable to attribute the signature.
Good size – measures 38cm in length x 20.5cm. Raw
